Capacity building – Training for Government Officials and Engineers

As part of my services with WASH Institute, i have involved in organizing and delivering water Quality training for the Engineers, PHED officials and NGO peoples from the state of Puducherry, Orissa, Uttar Pradesh Chhattisgarh, Jharkahnd and Rajasthan. Basically it was three and five days training  

A three day program on Better Water Quality for Better Health was organized. The special focus given to water quality issues, mitigation measures, guidelines, MDG linkage with WATSAN, Water purification methods - physical, chemical and biological approaches and change management.


A five day program on the topic of Community Water Security Plan with special attention on water quality issues, low cost watershed management, water budgeting, demand calculation, village mapping, water security proposal development.
